I do work on commission. The process is different for everybody, the product can be 100% customisable for what concerns the materials used, the style you want to follow and the meaning behind the product.

All delivery methods have a tracking number, this is an insurance for both our customers and for us as we can verify the status of a delivery from both ends.

Depending on availability (of items and materials) products will be shipped as soon as they are ready previous show of finalised product to the client.

Products are shipped internationally from Italy, therefore, depending on your location and the shipping methods the time of delivery will differ.

Products usually take 7 to 10 business days withing Europe and 14 to 30 days everywhere else.

All orders are shipped in dedicated packages, depending on the products.

All products are shipped in recycled wood or carton boxes (each box is different as we decided to have eco-friendly packages that are from second-life materials).

We then stake the box inside a delivery package (also from 100% recyclable materials).
